Return / Refund Policy
Because we sell fresh, perishable food, all orders are final sale once delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fresh produce, eggs, or other perishable grocery items.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review what happened.
When appropriate, we may offer store credit, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion. Our goal is to take care of issues fairly while protecting the freshness and safety of every order.
