Fresh Food Orders

Return / Refund Policy

Because we sell fresh, perishable food, all orders are final sale once delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fresh produce, eggs, or other perishable grocery items.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review what happened.

When appropriate, we may offer store credit, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion. Our goal is to take care of issues fairly while protecting the freshness and safety of every order.

How Orders Move

Shipping Policy

Bunno Local offers local delivery within our local delivery zone, plus shipping for eligible Indiana addresses outside that zone.

Delivery availability depends on ZIP code eligibility shown at checkout. If your ZIP code is not eligible, checkout may not offer delivery for your address.

For fresh and perishable items, we pack orders with care and plan delivery timing around product freshness and route availability.

Local Delivery

Local delivery inside our local delivery zone is $5.99.

Orders outside our local delivery zone but still within Indiana ship for $6.99.

Delivery timing shown at checkout and in your order confirmation is the timing that applies to your order. Because fresh food availability can vary by harvest, packing, and route schedule, please use the checkout estimate and confirmation email as your most up-to-date delivery information.
